syskall please keep us posted on updates with this system. Once you have a working license system where if the main server goes down it won't just die the system will prove quite valuable.
Also does this plugin work for all resellers correct? Thus they can also control invoicing to their own customers (if so this would prove quite valuable whether or not we run our own billing so that way web resellers just starting out will have a viable option to use for basic billing/helpdesk built right into the control panel).
