Cron Job For Services

As you know there is an ability to Reload each services in Show Services page (like httpd, exim and ...). It seems that anytime you use Reload for httpd Service ... some server features like Free Memory and Free Swap Memory will increase and also it causes to have more speed in Server ...

Now I wanna know ... is this right or not (I mean is realy useing Reload can increase this features or not) and also is this good to create a corn job to do this in every hour or less ... and also I will thank you if you say how can I create corn job to do this (if it's good to have corn job like what I said)

I edited your title from your accidental misspelling so it'll be indexed and found as "Cron Job" and not as "Corn Job" :) .

Restarting services may free up memory under certain circumstances, but the memory will get quickly used up again.

Linux/Unix are both very good at tracking memory; a lot of memory not listed as free isn't listed as free only because it's being held by Linux to be used quickly when needed.

If you've got a high server load and and a high use of swap memory, then you might want to restart some services because high use of swap memory will impact performance and if you restart the service using the memory you can free it up.

Restarting services makes them unavailable from the time you click on restart until they're fully operational again; anything from a fraction of a second to many seconds.
