Uploading Backups

I am trying to upload backups to my new dedicated. When ever I try, it only uploads e-mail and mySQL. No other files are uploaded. Ive heard other people have problems with this, but want to know if there is a solution, besides going into each user account and uploading the backup from the user level.

when restoring backups all the tarballs for your users should be in user_backups under the reseller account so ~admin/user_backups for the main reseller. and then you just select them when doing the restore, so the restore feature doesnt do the uploading.
