Some security that we build in in our systems are a firstuse password. This means that when you first login that you NEED to change your password. This means that everybody has his OWN password and not still the standard password.

And when somebody forgot's his password then you can reset it into the old standard password and activate the firstuse option. This means that there will be no mail or something like that with the new password. But you will need to remember the user that they hold on to there standard passwords.

Maybe it's something for the next DA, maybe not

Sounds like an idea, although couldn't you just suggest that they change their password immediatly after logging in?

Ofcourse, that's not so important, but I think it will be very nice if you can reset the standard password for a user so you
don't have to mail passwords, or stuff like that.

Since DA already has a ticket system, it would be VERY nice to have something like plesk on there, where you set a client up (with name address contact details etc) then the first name they login (and only the first time) they get faced with an intro page allowing them to change and confirm everything firstly, obviously it couldn't be exact although something with a similar idea would be nice :D
