FreeBSD 5.4 Errors after Install

My daily security logs are filled with the likes of the following.

pid 86891 (dataskq), uid 1002: exited on signal 11

Is that something I should be worrying about? Have never encountered it before.

Also

when running chsh as (atleast) user admin, i get

~ chsh
chsh: edit(): No such file or directory

When running it as a User added before direct admin it runs fine. It seems to be only the accounts added by DA that cannot run this. Any Ideas? Google was no help

Update.

The chsh issue was with /etc/profile refering to an incorrect editor. Updated and it works

I don't run DA on FreeBSD, so this is a rather generic response.

It appears that dataskq, used by DirectAdmin and yes, important, isn't running.

Did you change your FreeBSD version?

Lisence is for 5.4 I think at one stage it was 5.3 but that was actually changed a little while ago.
