After searching the forums a bit I have found only a few issues about this post, and only resolutions relating to redhat, however they mention the use of the DirectAdmin script to install mysql including devel support.
My system is built with the included DA systems to make management easy however mysql devel libs (in particular lmysqlclient) is not found.
Any help on this is appreciated.
