Dovecot namespaces, Squirrelmail presets, spam folder...

I've had no problems with Dovecot except that I'm trying to get a grip on folders, IMAP namespace, and how Squirrelmail's config might work best. SM's default presets for Dovecot are fine by me except that SpamAssasin's spam folder is being prefixed with INBOX and isn't working properly.

Where can I redefine how spamd handles this IMAP folder?

And has anybody had success with custom namespaces or using the Courier preset for SM and Dovecot?

Will the DA Dovecot conversion script convert all folders from the default INBOX.$Folder to $Folder?
