Whos using what!

Just got a question,

I know you can see what amount of bandwidth each account uses but is there a way to tell what account is currently using the biggest amount of kbs per second.

I have mrtg to tell me how much the server is doing etc, but I cannot find out how much a single account is doing per second

Anyone got any ideas on how to tell?

DA doesn't monitor kbps.

Even MRTG, which does monitor kbps, can't easily do it unless each account has a separate IP# and uses that specific IP# for outgoing traffic (which is not the default).
