Check /var/log/directadmin/error.log for any further information. Did you restart apache / DirectAdmin?

Chris

No reply yet?

Hi,

I was wondering if I need to enable anything or install anything on my NEW REDHAT 9.0 OS before i run the setup.sh?

Well it told me to up2date -u gcc

In which i did..

So I would guess thats all i need right?

To check whats up2date and whats not run

up2date -l

since DirectAdmin is not installed you may later get problems if you run a general -u command.

Chris

this is what i got

This is what i got when i ran

up2date -l

Are you running a dual processor server?

From the look of that list you should be safe to run an up2date -u

I dont recommend runnung setup.sh again.. seen this cause more problems previously...... if i were you just give John or Mark a bit of time to get onto the case!

Chris

Please login to your client account and look at the license -- make sure the OS in the license is the same as your server OS -- an OS mismatch causes 99.9% of all DA segfaults.

If the OS is indeed incorrect, e-mail us so we can update the license for you. If it is not OS-related, then we'd need your root info to see what is going on.

Thanks

Mark

I did email them

Hi

I did email someone at support and submited a trouble ticket but no response yet :(

I also gave them root to see what is going on. as this is a new installed OS redhat 9.0

I don't see any prboelm..

Hi again,

I checked your license and it was for 7.2 -- I changed it over to 9.0 and you should be good to gow now. Just run setup.sh again :)
