I have a client that needed another server and the guy managing the site going on the server was used to Plesk so they requested I install it.
It is pretty from a user standpoint though missing some features you would think would be there (like sub-ftp accounts). But from a management standpoint it is horrible. It makes a huge mess of the file system and places things in all kinds of different locations. It pretty much locks you into using only updates etc from Plesk and so far they are very unreliable.
Not to mention it is a memory hog and runs slower than DA.
