Inernal Server Error "500"

Hi all may i know why this error happened.I had upload a files yesterday and it happen suddenly.please help me to overcome this problem as soon as possible.

"The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.


Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

We need more info to be able to help.

What type of file are you trying to access on the server (php, html etc)?

Can you see other files on the server and just this one gives an error?

Do you have a link we can look at?

Follow what it said
Unless you are server admin, then we need more information to help.

whats kind of script you try to access
eg. cgi pl php (if possible show it's url)
server details...
php is running as apache module or cgi via suphp
Does mod_security installed?

Thanks a lot everybody..i'm a new programmer and im also server admin.i just upload html file for company website yesterday..I dont know what to do to overcome this problem.please..tell me.i need it urgently..
