ip and dns setup

Hello,

I have 2 ips and created a reseller and two users. each ip was assigned to one user (domain).

However when I load the website using either ip, what I got was the defaul index.html page from /var/www/html instead of /home/username/public_html.

Is there anything I have missed or have done wrong?

1) the server IP cannot be "owned" by any user, thus loading the server IP from a browser will always show /var/www/html

2) The 2nd IP can be owned, but has to be "free" and not "shared" before the User is created. If you've done this, and the IP is showing up as "owned" by the user, then a simple apache restart should have the IP showing his website when viewed.
