Problem with Reseller

We have occured a problem with one of the Resselers of DirectAdmin. We have bought a lifetime licence of DirectAdmin and reselling company went bankroupt. Our licence is still working but as far as we can see that resseler has registered licence on his own name!

How can we find out the password to change ip and how can we register licence on our name?

So in what position are we now in relation to our licence?
 
If it is an internal/datacentre license then there is nothing you can do to have the license modified, as it is in their name and isn't a transferrable product. However, if you just recently bought the license/services from that company you may want to look into chargebacks, etc. (depending on how you paid).
