In the top section of the /etc/exim.conf just set:

The default is 50M

If you know nothing about how to use SSH, and how to edit the file, you'd rather not do that.
Anyway, /etc/exim.conf can be modified via File Editor of the Directadmin at admin level as well as in a console with superuser privileges.
