Kernel Problem \ Bug

hello i got problem in my server.
when im doing some basic commands like mysql , uptime , top , ps x
it writes me : Unknown HZ value! (375) Assume 100.

i tried to upgrade Kernel using command : yum update
and rebooted the server and it not helps...

how can i fix it?
