Admins: Getting a list of all POP accounts?

Is there a way in the API, with an admin login, to get a list of all the email accounts for a specific domain? I know CMD_API_POP works if you're using a specific user login, but it seems there should be a way for admins to get the same info...

Any ideas?

I managed to find a manual way to count the actual email accounts, so no worries


I would like to do this as well, maybe not through DA, but maybe a command line?
in "Server Stats" I have listed "POP Email Accounts" then the number , but who are they? I can go look and see in root but the numbers dont match.
Could this be a mis tally in DA?
If DA is an actual number then I want to see a list....if possible
