How can I create an account like http://www.ÅÆØ.com in DA? Trying creating it I'll get some kind of message that I'm using illegal characters. More and more tld's are opening up for IDN's (the latest is Denmark (.dk) with these three characters (ÅÆØ ). I'll created an account for http://www.studiebøger.dk by registrering in DA with;http://www.xn--studiebger-6cb.dk. Now people can browse to the studiebøger.dk/index but as soon the click a link it dont shows the "original"name but h ttp://www.xn--studiebger-6cb.dk/link. (as well when bookmarking)Is there any way to change that? I'll appreciate suggestions because more and more customers will start registring IDN's
Thanks
Johannes

You can read some more about how netscape solved the character problem here: http://devedge.netscape.com/viewsource/2003/idn/

Hello,

I wasn't aware that those are valid characters.. it appears they were only introduced in 2003 by the RFC, so it will take some time for other browsers to catch up. I'll go look up the actual standard for those types of domains, and I'll get them added to the list.

Hello, I have problems when creating a new account with a domain with ñ, the account is created through whmcs but it is created with ñ not with the xn format--
How could i fix it?
PS: in the DNS zone if it is created with the correct format but in the panel it is still seen with the letter ñ
