I want to make stands with the following problem as I or me customers an account there always by password the following

What can we do at this?

Password are one way encrypted and not stored anywhere on the server. Even if we wanted to, they wouldn't be retrievable unless a decryptable copy was stored somehwere, but thats a security risk. The creator of the user should be sent a "Creator Duplicate" copy of the welcome email, so either he can save all of those, or just record the password himself.
