As an admin, if I log in as any other account and try to view the webalyzer results, I get an error indicating that the log files don't exist.

Looking around, it seems like the logs should appear in /home/<domain>/domains/<domain>/logs but instead they appear in /etc/httpd/logs/domains/<domain>.log linked to /var/log/httpd/domains/<domain>.log, because of the /usr/local/directadmin/users/<account>httpd.conf setting.

Is this a known issue? If so, what's the best way to fix it?

Hello,

The active apache logs are in /var/log/httpd/domains/domain.com.log

The backed up (Tar.gz) apache logs are in /home/username/domains/domain.com/logs/

The webalizer results are in /home/username/domains/domain.com/stats

The webalizer results are only calculated once per day (just after midnight), so you'll need to wait.

You could also try to run it manually (if you are the host and it's been more than a day), just to make sure that it's installed correctly.

Seems like libpng, libjpeg, and freetype are required by webalyzer, but are not installed when DA is installed?

I manually installed them.

Hello,

Which OS are you using? The FreeBSDs should find the extra libraries and automatically include them. They're not installed for the RedHats because they're almost always included.

It's Redhat 9.0, but I didn't install UI or anything else... just barebones RH + SSH.
