no ip and can't share server ip

Ok, I only have 1 ip right now but I can't create user accounts because theres no ip to assign it to. I got it to work once but then I reinstalled and now I'm back to where I started.

The server ip is shown in the table of the reseller but its not listed on the create user page and I fogot how I did it before.

All I need to know is how to share the server ip so i can create user accounts using it.

Nevermind, forgot you just have to create a user package then the ip address will show up shared
