Free MS Frontpage replacement?

Does anyone know of a good free MS Front Page replacement? I heard some mentioned but do not remember.

I have given it to several customers and in some instances have given them a template that they can use to make the web page they create mesh with an exisiting site.

It's easy to use.

Here's an example of a customore page that is maintained with NVU...not complex, won't win any awards...but never creates and bad code or support calls :)
