I found a very nice helpdesk system that includes live support last week. It uses PHP and mySQL. And it's free. It is located at http://www.helpcenterlive.com

They also have a nice windows program that sits in the taskbar and notifies you of requests and when there is someone browsing your site. It's not free, but well worth the $30 cost.

I have it installed and bought the WinApp and couldn't be happier.

I just wish I could find someone that could port the program into a PostNuke modules, so that I could use the helpdesk part of it as well.

See the example below. It shows if any of my Support team is online or offline. If online, feel free to say hello. I don't mind showing how it works.

Sounds (and looks) like Help Center Live.

We've been using HCL since the last version and it does work very nicely. We haven't upgraded to the new version yet but I'm sure it is even better.

I have tried it. It doesn't work too well for me.

What I want is module that completely integrates with the Postnuke database. When a logged in member clicks on trouble tickets, they should already be logged on, not presented with another login / password box.
