How do you setup WebDav under custombuild?

I've been setting it up fine under the old CustomApache method with Apache 1.3 and PHP4, but seems that under CustomBuild, does not work same and not quite sure what to do here.

ANyone get this setup properly?
 
And put what in it for users? I'm used to the hoop jumping needed for apache 1.3x. I haven't tried it with apache2 or custombuild.
 
I'd like to know how to get web_dav working too, especially since my home internet provider just killed ftp for me (I was told that they can't fix it, but I am going up the chain to see if they can)
 
It seems that my server (64-bit centos 4.7) doesnt have any httpd-dav.conf or any mod_dav.so mod_dav_fs.so necessary to run webdav.

Is it just missing from the 64 bit?
