I am trying to recover some old user accounts.
I created a backup from SERVER_A via “admin section”. Created backup of all users into their own separate .tar.gz
Then I moved these backups from SERVER_A to SERVER_B into the /home/admin/user_backups directory,
Ran chown admin:admin /home/admin/user_backups/*.*
Then went into DA on SERVER_B “reseller section”, and tried to restore a single user.
I get an error “You don't have permission to restore user <username>”
I have been trying to recover these accounts for days, I can’t seem to figure it out myself, I need this asap
My clients are offline so this is very important to my company.
