POP3/SMTP not working....

I just added a new user to my server yesterday. Today I got the following email:

I have run into one
snag with the new host. I can't seem to send mail. For some reason I
can't connect to the smtp host. I have tried with Outlook and Outlook
Express; With and without checking the "My server requiers
authentication" option. I get this error message:

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'mail.azbarker.com',
Server: 'mail.azbarker.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No,
Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

I was able to send mail fine through webmail, but not with my client. I
assume it is using the standard port 25 for SMTP. The inly thing I can
think of is maybe the SMTP server name might be wrong
mail.azbarker.com. If not I am kind of at a loss. Please verify things
on your end. Thanks

So I compared his settings with the others on my server. His mail MX is set to 10, while all the others on the server are set to 0. This is the first new account I have added since the last DA update. I wonder why they all defaulted to 0 but not this one....So I changed it to 0 but I am not sure it will do anything. He has changed his password, so I can't test it directly and I am waiting for a response from him.

All the other accounts work fine. SO I cant see what is going on...

Make sure you arn't running any sort of Firewall on your computer preventing you from connecting out... I can connect fine to port 25:
