Any idea how to make this kind of graphic?

Hi, just wondering if anyone has any idea of any software that can make this kind of graphics. i mean those arrows, boxes, text..

Microsoft Paint and gimp to name 2. Also the famous Photoshop.

And, as the New Yorker on the street said, when asked by a lost tourist, How can I get to Carnegie Hall?:

"Practice, Practice, Practice."

Or take the subway.

I think OmniGraffle could do that, too.

Since you are asking the question again I assume the answers above were
not satisfactory. So I will add that you can also hire a graphics artist to do it
for you. Or you can take a class on graphics design. Or open one of the
programs above and start drawing and see what you can come up with. There
is no program that is going to draw for you. There is no "easy button." You
have to have a graphics program and some talent.
