License is not yet active

Trying to log into my reseller DA today, I'm getting the following message: "License is not yet active"

Turns out all my customers DA accounts are giving the same message too.

I have a (thus far) unanswered support ticket with my host, but what is the definitive cause for the above message?
 
If your a reseller it would mean the license being used on your system has expired I assume.... Unless its your server you would need to contact the person who provided you with the account.

Hello,

check the date on your server. It's probably set in the past. Bring the server time up to date and it should work.

It looks like you are spot on with the diagnosis.

During the two hours or so our DA panel was down yesterday, it turns out that emails passing through the server were dated 2001.

and when i login the DA shows "License is not yet active"

the one who sell the DA to me have changed the License IP

how can I fix this problem?
 
Did you contact DirectAdmin Sales yet? Only they can help you with license status. Generally you'd want to contact them before buying a license in the aftermarket.
