How does one go about getting their license changed?

I have paid for a monthly license but between paying and installing I have changed operating systems. Now my license does not match my OS. How do I fix this?

You can also try https://www.directadmin.com/clients/safesubmit.php

I usually allow several hours. If I need to change a license because I am upgrading or whatever before I even start on my own stuff I email them to make the change.

That will not work because I have not installed directadmin yet.

The ability to submit the form has nothing to do with whether you have installed DirectAdmin yet or not.

I went ahead and submitted the form. I also note a support user is on the forum right now.

I'd really like to be able to install DA sometime today...
