Quarterly pricing doesn't make sense...

Quick question...

How is $39 ten percent less than $29? And wouldn't $108/quarter work out to $36/month and not $39?

I believe the monthly used to be higher. Then they lowered it and marked it as a deal (why it's in yellow font). Since it's apparent that the monthly price is going to stay where it's at, I guess it's just up to DA if they want to update the quarterly price to reflect the change.
