captcha ttf image generation failed: libgd not built with FreeType font suppor

Hi all,
1st of all thanks for custom build script it rocks !!

after installing custombuild 1.1 on centos 4.7 i am getting the following error

error: captcha ttf image generation failed: libgd was not built with FreeType font support

can anyone help me solving this issue please ?
if possible step by step.?

fixed it myself by playing with the custombuild and gd install
