Php Cli / Cgi

I have 2 question.
I have install PHP 5.2.10 as CGI with custombuild 1.2
But i want CLI, how can i remove php cgi and install php cli?
Must i just edit the config file and run : ./build php?
Or first uninstall php cgi?

Last questions is how can i update my php to 5.3 with custombuild 1.2?

Use custombuild set to only use the defaults you want; the others will be removed.
