Hello all, cant find this issue searching, but here it goes.

One of my clients is having dns issues, he is a reseller on one of my servers.

friday, his domains were working fine. Saturday, none of them resolve.

No changes were made on the server, dns records ect...

His name server's he had created, ns1 and ns2.bla bla bla resolve correctly to his name server ip addresses, however, none of the domains he has pointing to his name servers (about 25 domains) resolve properly.

He has contacted Network Solutions (verasign) and of cource, they just say the problem is with the server.

Restarted named, apache, and server completly, no avail.

Any ideas on this situation, I would be much apreciated.

Thanks Much

in DA go into dns admin and select the domain gtntechnologies.net

You should have the following:

gtntechnologies.net NS ns1.gtntechnologies.com
gtntechnologies.net NS ns2.gtntechnologies.com

if its any different to the above, modify the 2 ns records to that..

next, back to dns admin and select gtntechnologies.com (nameserver domain) and check you have:

ns1.gtntechnologies.com A 38.119.156.47
ns2.gtntechnologies.com A 38.119.156.48

finally, go to the domain registar where gtntechnologies.com (domain for ns1/2) was purchased and ensure you have registered the host records for:

ns1.gtntechnologies.com 38.119.156.47
ns2.gtntechnologies.com 38.119.156.48
