DNS not propagating?

I have recently switched to 8-95.com as my host, so I logged on to my domain name provider and updated my name servers to ns18a.8-95.com and ns18b.8-95.com. I watched for over a week for propagation to take place and then contacted my domain name provider by phone. They have assured me that their DNS records have been updated for propagation. However, I still cannot get either of my domain names to resolve. Is there something I need to do through my 8-95 control panel as well? What is going on?

Let's clarify some assumptions here:

I'm presuming you're a customer of a webhosting company named 8-95.com, and have set up a hosting account or accounts with them.

I'm presuming you've already set up your domains on their system.

I'm presuming you've gotten those nameserver names in your post from 8-95.com as the right ones to use.

I'm presuming you've made sure, using your DA control panel login, that your DNS records are properly entered.

I'm presuming your domain registrar(s) have been notified to change the nameservers to those 8-95.com gave you.

I'm presuming they have.

I'm presuming the domains are active, valid, and have not expired.

If all these presumptions are correct, then DNS would most likely work.

Why are you hiding your domain name(s)?

It's a bit hard for me to help you land if we're both flying blind.
