hello,
i am new to 8-95.com & DA.
I opened my account with the domain www.kickball.com. all set up and working perfectly.
then i sold my domain and now have a new domain, www.kickballmedia.com. i've been trying to set it up.
- I set the nameserver information with my registrar and am now waiting for propagation
- i went into DA account manager and started replacing kickball.com with kickballmedia.com wherever I could
...but I don't understand how to change it at the root level. Like how would I change it so that my email pop accounts were all kickballmedia.com now instead of kickball.com? I can't change it in the email area of DA.
this must be really simple but like I said, I am new here and just learning!
thanks
amy

I believe that as a domain-user client all you can do is remove the domain and set up another from scratch.

The folk at 8-95.com may be able to do it for you (we could) but might want to charge a setup fee for you (we would), as it's a bit of command line work.

This is not a DNS issue and should be posted under "User Level Difficulties".

Please try, in the future, to post in the proper forum.

Thanks.

Jeff
