CustomBuild error-ed out and is stuck running

I was trying to install webalizer and it error-ed out now this message pops up trying to use custombuild. Before I reboot or delete that file if I can find it just wanted to check to see if anyone has a suggestion.

Another instance of custombild is running, please delete the .custombuild file if you want to use custombuild.
Quit at position: doWebalizer
