files_custom.conf issue [Resolved]
Ok, I have changed the way that I installed phpmyadmin (in a random directory name to put off random exploit scans), changed user/db/db.html to reflect this - however, when the skin is updated, it'll get overrwritten..... So, I've put:

in files_custom.conf, but all the |LANG_CREATE_DB| etc are stuffed up?
