Create Plugin

I am looking for someone to create a plugin, much like the wisenav, so my users can install ClanTiger (CMS) at the click of a button.

If you can do this, I will pay. Please send me a PM through this board with how long it will take and how much you want to complete this job. I will pay an instant payment via paypal. 1/2 up front and 1/2 when I see the job is complete and functioning.
