Dovecot Log - Email In and Out

Hi guys,

Previously before I upgraded to Dovecot, it seems that I could be able to see what email is coming into the server (from whom and to whom). But now, after upgrading it seems that all those has disappeared and I am left with a very useless log telling me who logged into their email and etc only.

Is there a way to actually get back to the logs where I could know who is sending emails out and who is sending emails in and etc? It would be a bigger help as sometimes my customers complain of emails unable to go in/out and then I could at least check if it really got bounced, spammed or etc.

Can someone please help me on this? Thanks!

Traffic into and out of the mail server is found in the exim logs:
The maillog log at /var/log/maillog only shows login/logout activity for Dovecot.
