An error occurred during the backup

I run the admin backup. All user backed up but these user, php doesn't backup.

It's give a message like below:
User php has unknown usertype

phpsuexec is activate and all services running at the moment.

Why does it give an error like this.

mmmh your user is called php?

Should be a sort of bug when performing command line with "php" in the line?

I had the same errors begin only after I went through the procedure to switch from CLI to CGI PHP using this.

I havent figured it out yet but I haven't spent much time looking either.

In a server today I have this error in some users.....

all the users were created under a reseller that was deleted... but appears that DA didn´t get to manage the delete correctly and the users are there...
