We are a Canadian company based in Montreal. Our servers are in a datacenter in Montreal as well. We are looking for a Linux server administrator familiar with XEN and DirectAdmin. Tasks will include:
- Root OS setup/config/security
- VM setup/config/security and management (we have multiple VMs per server)
- DA help occasionally (even though it is so well built that we do most of the stuff internally)
- Server monitoring
- Help to find an offsite backup solution and to monitor it
The person must be available for emergencies on short notice.
At the moment we would start with one server and potentially add more later on.
