Limit Features for End Users?

Is it possible to limit which features the end user can see and access? I would like to limit some clients to email and stats only. Is this possible? I tried your demo, but did not see where this could be done.

Features are currently only limited by the number of units you assign them. Modification of the skin (removal of the required files and links to them) would make it difficult to access things that you don't want them to.
