Front Page woes....

Ok, I didnt want to use it, but time constraints demands it.

1) when trying to open remote web or publish get user and password promt, but its never accepted.. Workaround, I added my domain to my network places not using front page, now I can connect/publish.
My partner confirmed this, and work around fixed him up also.

2) biggest problem, this is the one thats makin me nuts, simple form on my site,
enter one or two choices then when you submit it, you get asked for user name and password ? I just have the form sending to an email and saving to results.html why am i being promted for a username and pass ?
when you cancel you get redir to
http://mysite.com/_vti_bin/shtml.exe/index-8.html

Any one know why im having this problem ?

Put WWW

Putt WWW in front and it will probably work.

This is an issue with DA and FP that many of us are trying to get DA to correct. With DA, you must use "www" for the domain in order for forms to work. There are numerous work around, but that is all they are.

I did indeed get it to work with the www.

this doesn;t help though when it is an IP based domain.

This will be corrected in the next update.
