php not updating past 5.3.1 ?

hi

i've just upgraded php from 5.2 cli to 5.3 cgi but it only seems to upgrade php it upto 5.3.1 whereas i believe it's upto 5.3.8 in custombuild. has anyone got any ideas what the issue is?

Latest version of PHP5 (CGI): 5.3.10
Installed version of PHP5 (CGI): 5.3.10

from options.conf

php5_ver=5.3

Actually it say 5.3.10 that is the latest version...

lol, it's been a very long day and i'm an idiot lol. sorry about that.
