Error while yum update from CentOS 5.7 to 5.8

Hi,

I have not encountered any issue since CentOS 5.0 while using yum update.
In the latest update, I hit the following error message while updating:

Transaction Check Error:
file /etc/aliases from install of setup-2.5.58-9.el5.noarch conflicts with file from package da_exim-4.69-1.x86_64

Does anyone hit the same problem as well? Any possible solution?

Remove that package then or put it on exclude.

No need to be that picky to somebody asking a perfectly valid question. Google actually took me to this very thread as I had the same problem.
As for myself this is the first time I encountered this problem during my 4 years with CentOS.
 
Yes, I know that the issue does not come every time and to everybody. Some servers I support has the issue, the others don't. For now I can't determine the reason of such a thing.
