Ok, I have found two previous posts regarding this but they all end in "yey! it works!" .. unfortunately i`m not so lucky.
Ok here we go, I`m the admin of the server, I have my reseller setup and everything works fine as far as DA and the server go. I would like to start hosting people on username.domain.com, with their full accounts, ftp access, etc.. etc..
Now most of the replies are to simply create a new user through the reseller panel, and under domain name simply enter username.domain.com
Ok that part works, but when I try to access username.domain.com it doesnt resolve. How would DA know what the hell "username.domain.com" is? There is no record of the subdomain ANYWHERE except the users "domain", but how would DA know how resolve the address to his webspace?
I hope i`m making sense here, do I have to setup some sort of a re-direct from username.domain.com -> domain.com/~username ?!.
