what is best way?
I sent email to support but many companies have a specific procedure for when someone tries to hack the installer.

What do you mean? Do you know anyone who hacked directadmin installer script, or what? Directadmin setup/install script is an open sourced bash script... since that what troubles you?
 
I received a pm here asking for specific files so user could hack it and install w/o license.
Hello, im a cracker from VietNam. now, i want to try crack DA but i dont have file update.tar.gz. To crack DA, i have to untar this file and break something in it.
Can you share me this file? i promise, i will send cracked DA to you

You should have a "report message" button in your PM windows, so use it.
