hello, I have problems with my server.
I installed on a Centos 6 custombuild 2.

1) If I transfer my FTP error 500
what is the problem?

2) unable to install spamassassin. I get an error SSH

What da task logs say? Why he cant remove?

Hacked account should not be that relevant, root should be able (and da also) to destroy it.

Check why is falling, i suppose a file owner error, or maybe he did remove but somehow he cant remove from da user lists.

I managed to remove the account by:
1) chmod all files and folders of the account
2) remove the domain name
3) delete the user

Weird, but I know he had to modify the files before publi_html
 
Well, i think you're not using mod_ruid2 or suphp and you had some file/folder owned by apache user.

I strongly suggest you to use mod_ruid2 and use (in public_html) 755 for folder and 644 for files
