After upgrade to custombuild 2.0 DA not load perfectly

i have upgradet to CB 2.0 And now my Da filemanager not load correctly!!!!
you can see in picture attached!!!!
i use php -fpm 5.4 and latest apache
why ?

Just a guess, try it with a default skin.
