why change time in directadmin Automatic?

Do you mean Time Zone (/etc/localtime)? If so, and it really changed then Directadmin by itself has nothing to do with that. I'd rather say it's either your VPS issue (if is used any), or software upgrade related.

im set time by this command :
# ntpdate 0.asia.pool.ntp.org
or :
http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=52
how fix this problem ?
after reboot server change time server !
and after hourse change time (change to another time)
Whatever wrong is with time on your server, it has nothing to do with Directadmin.
If it's a VPS, then some type of virtualization do not allow to change time from within a virtual environment.
So you might need to check with your DC or company from which you buy server, as that might be a hardware or BIOS issue.
