it possible to add by default to DA Nginx template protection against DDoS http://kbeezie.com/nginx-protection/ ?

There should be template files you can edit in /usr/local/directadmin/data/templates

Just copy them to the custom folder and edit them.

The file names might be different for nginx though.

And of course make sure NGINX is compiled with the support of the module http://wiki.nginx.org/HttpLimitReqModule

I believe that it should be part of the default templates
since Nginx is new in DirectAdmin, I believe that it will change in the next months (and the custom template will be not up to date)

Once you create a custom template, keeping it updated is your responsibility.
